Service Technician

At CT West, our Service Technicians play a vital role in keeping refrigeration and power systems operating reliably for our customers. Technicians progress through a structured career pathway, starting with foundational maintenance and inspections on TRU and APU units and advancing toward expert-level diagnostics and major repairs.

As technicians grow, they gain certifications, attend Carrier training schools, and develop strong electrical, refrigeration, and diagnostic skills. Higher levels involve mentoring teammates, improving shop practices, and delivering excellent customer service. Our pathway rewards dedication, technical expertise, and continuous learning.

The highest achievement is earning the Carrier Transicold Master Technician certification, recognizing industry-leading knowledge and performance.
